Adam is the Group Head of Credit and is the chair of the Credit Committee. Adam has over 25 years experience in the banking and financial services sector in Australia and the UK. Adam has senior management experience leading credit risk and market facing functions at both banks and non-bank lenders (at companies including Macquarie Group, National Australia Bank and Resimac Group), with expertise in Residential Mortgages and Commercial Lending. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
