Jill is the Head of People & Culture for the AltX Group. She has extensive experience in the people space having spent over 25 years in the financial services and information technology industries.  Prior to joining the AltX Group, Jill was Director of People & Growth at MA Financial Group, Head of Human Resources at Investec Australia Limited where she also served as an Executive Director, and National Human Resources Manager at Dimension Data Australia (now NTT). Jill has an Advanced Diploma in HR and a CAHRI membership status with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
