Tim manages the corporate development activities while also leading the Generate Homes brand for the Group. He has significant experience in corporate advisory and investment banking, having worked at KPMG, NAB and Jarden in their corporate finance teams. Tim has structured and arranged a broad range of transactions across the Australian Corporate and Financial Institution landscape including debt (vanilla corporate, structured senior and mezzanine, bonds and asset-backed), hybrids, equity and M&A across ASX-listed, PE and private companies.
