The fund is integrated into AltX's business model, which focuses on private real estate credit, allowing for direct loan transactions and capital deployment into various opportunities. Nick elaborates how it provides investors a choice to select among diverse opportunities depending on their risk tolerance and liquidity preferences. AltX has between 1 billion and 1.5 billion transactions per year, offering clients opportunities carefully packaged for investors catering to specific needs such as geographic preference, type of borrower or security, and risk and return profile. The credit fund features six different offerings catering to different investor requirements, such as plain vanilla mortgage deals to more exotic and esoteric structures, with liquidity and return options varying accordingly.
