Our history
Launched in 2012, the AltX Group was launched to capitalise on the unique opportunities in private credit due to the market dislocation after the 2008/2009 Financial Crisis.
Founder-led and run since inception, the Group has grown and expanded over the past decade to become one of Australia's leading integrated alternative asset managers focusing on private real estate credit. Today, via its marketing-leading investment platform, the AltX Group manages investments for a broad range of institutions, family offices and private wholesale investors, both in Australia and offshore.

Community initiatives
Established in early 2023, AltX Gives Back is a company-wide initiative that allows colleagues to support causes they care about. Through this, colleagues can take part in volunteering opportunities with charities or not-for-profit organisations in their local communities.
The AltX Group is proud to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney through regular fundraising initiatives. The charity is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing vital programs for families with seriously ill children in Sydney.
