AltX’s newly launched Credit Fund receives inaugural ‘Commended’ rating
Leading alternative asset manager has announced the AltX Credit Fund has been rated as ‘Commended’ by Evergreen Ratings.
Launched in late April of this year, the AltX Credit Fund targets net investment returns from 5.85% to 12.80% for wholesale investors across six share classes.
Leading alternative asset manager AltX has announced its investment fund, the AltX Credit Fund, has received a rating of ‘Commended’ by Evergreen Ratings, an independent ratings company that specialises in the analysis of alternative investments.
The AltX Credit Fund, launched in late April of this year, targets net investment returns ranging from 5.85% to 12.80% for wholesale investors across six share classes. This ‘Commended’ rating indicates a confident level of conviction that the Fund can deliver risk-adjusted returns in line with its investment objectives. The report issued by Evergreen Ratings Pty Ltd stated that AltX has sufficient quality systems and resources, including risk management and corporate governance to manage the fund successfully.
Speaking about receiving the rating, Co-Founder and Co-CEO Steven Beinart comments, “We are very pleased with the rating achieved by the AltX Credit Fund. The AltX Credit Fund allows investors to invest in a variety of classes that meet their preferred risk appetites, underlying loan exposures and liquidity preferences. Designed to suit specific investment preferences, the six share classes include short-term, senior debt, diversified and construction investment opportunities.
Launched in late April, the AltX Credit Fund reflects the evolution of the company’s managed fund program and is designed to provide investors with access to the full breadth of AltX’s loan origination in one investment vehicle.
